Exercise – There’s no need to explain this. Stay fit and keep your organs working on full power. Burn calories and sweat a little.
Sing a song – It stimulates immune response and increases pain threshold.
Meditation – Builds skills to manage your stress. Increases self-awareness. Increases patient tolerance ability.
